You're a new firm. Why should I trust you?

Fair question. We don't have a wall of logos yet, so we make it easy to check us out: the first call is free with no pitch, the price is fixed and in writing before any work starts, and if there's nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you.

What do I actually get for $500?

A close look at one part of your business, like how leads are handled or how jobs move from sale to invoice. You get a map of how it works today, up to three prioritized findings and a practical plan for what to fix first, usually within 3–5 business days. The plan is yours to keep. We've tried consultants and software before. Why would this stick?

Because we start with how your team already works, use the tools you already pay for where we can, and test every fix with the people who'll use it. Every project ends with written documentation and training.

I don't have time for a big project. How much of my time does this take?

Not much. The call is 15 minutes, the review is a few conversations with you and your team, and we change one thing at a time so the business keeps running.

Do I need to use AI or buy new software?
